Nowadays, Ol' BrickHouse Smith performs a multitude of tasks including TRX and body weight anchors. We pay homage to traditional lifting principals and integrate the remarkable effects of functional training. Teaching old tools new tricks; always fresh. BrickHouse.
HEAVY BAG
Developing power and proprioception while burning more calories in interval timing is a superior conditioning method. That's why we like a good turn on the heavy bag. Not to mention the personal rewards of mastering the jab, hook, and upper cut, and the satisfaction of being on the legal side of a good aggressive sweaty punch. Good for the soul.
